Way back around August or September Jamie and I bought tickets to see MuteMath--one of our favorite bands. She introduced me to them back in college, and had seen them live before. Not only had I never seen them live, I had never really been to a rock concert (crazy, no?).

The show was at Club Nokia in downtown LA. We waited in line an hour before the doors opened and were able to get wristbands that let us up closer to the stage. It was all standing on the ground floor and we were around 5 or 6 rows of people back. For most of the concert, there was a surprising amount of room for comfort. The band played their new album in it's entirety, as well as an entire album's worth of older songs; they put on such an energetic show. I had such an amazing time that I didn't even realize that by the time the concert was over (at 12:20 in the morning), that we had been standing for more than 5 hours! Jamie and I grabbed a couple t-shirts on the way out. What an amazing night!
Here are some of the best pictures I snapped with my phone's camera. And if you've never heard MuteMath before, check them out: http://mutemath.com/
